How the success fee works

We get paid a share of every completed repair.

The subscription keeps the platform running. The success fee is a flat 17% of the invoiced cost of each repair you complete through Trodeon — settled once the repair is confirmed. We earn when dispatch works; you don’t pay for a repair that doesn’t happen.

A mechanic dispatched through Trodeon enters the forecast window, rolls on-site, and confirms the repair was completed on a flagged truck.

02 · Baseline

Against your repair line-item

The baseline is the invoiced cost of the completed repair on your line-item — your shop number, not ours. That repair cost is what the 17% applies against.

03 · Settlement

17% of the repair cost

We settle 17% of the invoiced repair cost after the repair is dispatched and confirmed. No completed repair on the platform, no fee — the math only works when dispatch works.
