Privacy policy · Trodeon

What Trodeon collects, how it is used, and how to request a change. This policy applies to every public page, the 30-day fleet pilot, and the mechanic enrollment form.

What we collect

Operator email and fleet inputs (fleet name, vehicle count, telemetry provider, ZIPs) when you submit a waitlist, pilot request, or contact form. Mechanic name, email, certification level, service-area ZIPs, parts inventory, and hourly rate when you enroll in the mechanic network. Telemetry signals read from your existing Samsara, Motive, or Geotab feed only during an active pilot, with your opt-in.

How we use it

To scope and run the 30-day fleet pilot, route scoped signal reviews to enrolled mechanics, and reply to your inquiry. We do not sell operator or mechanic data, and we do not use it to train shared models outside the per-fleet pilot scope.

Data isolation

Pilot data is isolated per fleet — one operator’s telemetry, alerts, and maintenance ledger are not shared with another operator. Mechanic enrollment records are surfaced in the public directory only to the extent each tech declares on their enrollment.

Security posture

SOC 2 Type II is in progress — not yet completed. Until the audit closes, sensitive workflows run against the per-fleet isolation boundary above.

Your requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email trodeon@polsia.app. A founder reply goes out within one business day.
